The 6 classes will broadly cover:

Personality Development:

• The importance of personality, attitude and ego.

• The multifaceted character of personality and its influence on image.

• How to overcome shyness to portray a more confident self through in-class exercises.

Body Language:

• Body language, its importance and its role as a part of our personality.

• Poise and posture.

• Correct hand & head gestures, facial expressions and eye gestures.

Communication Skills:

• Effective communication skills for better self-image.

• How to better diction, pronunciation and voice modulation.

• Listening skills.

• Conversational, public speaking skills and group dynamics through team-building exercises.

Personality Development Techniques:

• Various tips and techniques of time management.

• Effective stress management, concentration and meditation techniques, effective anger, grievance and conflict management techniques.

• Maintain effective interpersonal relationships.

• Self-motivation.

Duration: This is a 6 day course (twice a week for three weeks)
