Overview, Content & Syllabus

Introduction:

When people see something impressive, a power plant 1000 MW in remote area or 8 lane express highway or any other large infrastructure project, they wonder how they did it. By they, obviously reference is towards creators, designers and builders, the people who actually made those things. Seldom do they wonder about the managers, the people who organized and lead the efforts that brought those wondrous things from a concept or idea into reality and without whose talent, skills and hard work most neat ideas would never amount to anything. About iFEEL

Welcome to Institute for Future Education Entrepreneurship and Leadership - iFEEL, based in Lonavala, a management institute that takes you much beyond the scope of the conventional PGDM degree. It is among the few Business (MBA) schools that nurtures managerial talent to think beyond the traditional system of business and come up with innovative ideas to transform the business environment.

While most B-Schools work on skills and abilities, the mission at iFEEL is to work on developing the existing passion and talent amongst students. iFEEL equips today's youth to share ideas, challenge conventions, innovate processes and create new paradigms in the area of management. The mission at iFEEL is to create a talent pool that doesn't just earn a degree but equips its students to become leading professionals of the future.

iFEEL is committed to produce Leaders and Entrepreneurs through contemporary and comprehensive business management courses. The Post Graduate Diploma in Management - PGDM has the flexibility to incorporate the new trends in business while still providing basic management education.

The 2 year Full Time AICTE Approved Post Graduate Diploma in Management - PGDM course at iFEEL has special focus on Entrepreneurship and Leadership excellence that also takes into account industry suggestions and feedback. iFEEL adopted 'Industry-Integrated Curriculum' combined with Leadership and Entrepreneurship development.

iFEEL also offers a 2 YEAR FULL TIME AICTE Approved PGDM in Banking and Financial services, to provide trained managers who can become real assets to the Banking Industry and face the real challenges faced by this industry.

iFEEL also enjoys the Academic Partnership with one of the Top Management Institute in India; Welingkar Institute of Management. This association has helped iFEEL in just not developing quality content but also providing corporate exposure to our students. In today's scenario, the corporate world is seeking professionals who are much more than mere MBA's. They are looking out for the 'Torch-bearers of Tomorrow' - those who are not just academically sound, but also possess qualities of innovation and leadership. And are globe ready. Those who have the passion to excel in all walks of life and have the determination to emerge as winners. Those who don't just have great ideas but can also implement them.

Steve Jobs of Apple Inc., Bill Gates of Microsoft, Narayan Murthy of Infosys and many more successful entrepreneurs are examples of passion combined with leadership and innovation. This just goes to ascertain the fact that if you have strong determination to achieve what you want in life, nothing can stop you.

One institute understood the rapidly increasing need to change the current MBA program to ensure that leadership and entrepreneurship development becomes integral to the program.
