NIHAM was incorporated in the year 2007 by our parent company Spectrum Careers. Our parent company is one of the premium and fastest growing recruitment and human resources company in the country.
We provide a wide range of courses for all areas of hospitality and non hospitality at affordable prices. Our education programs are conducted pan India. Our recruitment client base is pan India and international too.We have a long standing relation with many hotels, airlines, cruise lines , corporates and travel companies since many years and are committed to providing them with the best manpower possible. Our aim is to ultimately ensure that all our students are groomed and trained as per international hospitality standards and provide them the base required to launch their career.
We are one of the few institutes in the country that own all their centers and do not operate on franchisees system. NIHAM is a fully owned body of Spectrum Group and we have no partners or investors in this venture.
The placements of all NIHAM students are conducted in in-house interviews or at client locations. The placements are taken care of by our sister concern firm Spectrum Careers.
Our staff consists of experts and experienced professionals from the hospitality, aviation or HR industries.
They have been trained to identify needs, strengths and weaknesses of students and guide them accordingly.
