The Ayurvedic Therapist Training Course will introduce you to the world of Ayurveda and its various therapies. You will learn the fundamentals of Ayurveda (history of Ayurveda and the Tri dosha theory - vata, pitta & kapha). How to perform Ayurvedic Massage and snehana techniques. You will also learn how to use medicated Ayurvedic massage oils and about their therapeutic effect on the body.

The technical staffs involved in providing the various treatments are given personal hygiene lessons.
