Eligibility for certification examination:

Participants should have an ITIL® Foundation certificate to be eligible for our accredited ITIL® Intermediate OSA training. Prior training in ITIL® Intermediate Lifecycle modules is an added advantage.

• We will conduct a paper based examination conducted after the training
