A practical oriented course with special emphasis on coverage of wedding, function videography and News Coverage. The practical sessions cover audio dubbing, video editing on PC, titling, mixing and duplicating besides several practical sessions on 3 CCD pro DV camera SONY PD 170. Detailed knowledge of VCR and video camera is imparted through this course.

National Institute of Photography (NIP, est. 1983) was founded by Late. Prof. Manohar Desai with a view of spreading the knowledge of photography among the youth, who aspire to make career in photography and others, who like to pursue it as a hobby too. NIP is a renowned, popular and trustworthy training institute in the country and has been conducting Certificate and Diploma courses for many years. NIP has trained thousands of students in photography and videography, in a systematic and methodical way, since its inception in 1983. Many of the students have pursued successful careers in photography either as a free-lancer or running their independent studios, or as a wedding & event photographer, etc.
NIP has students coming in from various parts of country as well as from abroad. NIP is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Institute, the first photography institute in India to be ISO Certified.
