Training objective and highlights

Over all Development of a person to make him/her prepare for employability othrough extensive cutting edge training in the field of English Communication Skills, HR & Soft Skills (Entrepreneurship+Personality Development) and IT Skills.

English is a measure concern for our childrens to learn. Our English Communication Module covers 200 hours of the program. In this 200 hour module we emphesize on acquire fluency in speaking correct and intelligible English, Accent Neutralization
Skills to be reinforced: speaking, listening, reading and writing. Our methodology is different from others, we are regularly us language lab for english training. The softwares for the lab are recomonded by CIEFL, Hyderabad.

HR & Softskills module covers 100 hours of the program. We incorporated SWOT Analysis, Planning, Goal Setting, Emphasis on Effective Communication through Role plays, Group Discussion, Extempore.

IT Skills covers during 100 hours. It incldes all the necessary operations required into day to day office environment and Data MAnagement, our emphesis is on the applications of the software, not on how to use the software

Module for the English Communication Designed by former Head of Department Dr. Jasbir Jain, HR & Soft Skills developed by late Dr. Udai Pareek from IIM Ahmedabad, one of the renowned personalities of the world in the field of HR and module for the IT skills developed by Dr. T.P. Rama Rao again from IIM Ahmedabad

Linking the Gita Mittal Career Development Centre to the industry requirements is the Mittal Job Exchange Portal that brings opportunities for the trainees and facilitate the availability of skilled manpower.
