Using Online Rental Racks Networxx provide the online racks availability as per the below mentioned details: Networxx offers 24 hour support for all our racks. If there is equipment failure or ISP problem that cannot be remedied during your session time, you will be able to reschedule your session to a later date.

There is no cancellation or refund of scheduled sessions or in case of Loss of password and also in case of power outage. Though we have backup power for every rack for 7-8 hrs but in case there is a bigger power outage, we won’t be rescheduling the session later.
