1) Acquire indepth knowledge regarding the concept of fitness, sports & its injuries, sporting emergencies & fitness.
2) Acquire knowledge of fitness center, its functioning, terminologies associated with Sports & fitness centers.
3) Learn to take care of acute sports injuries & prevent further complications.
