Lifesupporters Institute Of Health Sciences (LIHS): LIHS is a Mumbai based registered ‘not for profit’ organization, with 80(g) tax exemption; established in Feb 2005 by a group of doctors to address the huge gap in the field of providing training to medical personnel, health care providers, paramedics, nurses, drivers and common people to provide life support / emergency medical service in emergency situations. LIHS is a recognized International training center of the American Heart Association in India and conducts Life support courses and it also conducts training for Paramedics the “Post Graduate Diploma in Emergency Medical Service” in association with P.D.Hinduja National Hospital and Research Center Hospital. LIHS supports Mumbai University to conduct Primary Care Paramedic Course.
