Our Presence in gurgaon has been from 2005, the studio was formaly inaugarated on 1st sep 2007.

Founding Members:
The founding members were Sukvinder Singh and Virat Shastri. Currently it is flourishing under the able guidance and direction of Mr Sukhvinder Singh.

KYFG Team: Mr. Sukhvinder Singh and a team of equally motivated and disciplined professionals help bring the benefits of Yoga to the people and make Yoga a way of life for them. The KYFG team has 2 aspects to it-one, the Management, taking care of the business aspect of the group as well as providing assuring the best services to its clients across various verticals second, the Instructors/Trainers, comprising of Traditional/Power yoga instructors, Yoga Therapists, Fitness trainers and Dietician to provide complete solutions for your wellness.
KYFG Power Yoga Studio has a steady following of individuals from all age groups and walks of life. Their corporate programs conducted in Gurgaon on a regular basis are always a huge success.
