The ultimate desire of every organization is to have employees who are healthy in mind, body and soul. Dilshad’s wellness program strengthens the body in areas prone to stiffness or physical strain as a result of working in the corporate environment, and helps build team spirit through group activities and various movement and dance therapies.
By battling the unique stress put on our spine, wrists, shoulders and neck at the modern workplace, we reduce the risk of developing repetitive strain injuries which are costly in terms of time and treatment. By creating a unique and enjoyable way of combating fatigue and stress, each participant is made to feel completely involved. Participants develop self-assurance and awareness of their body language, to implement simple lifestyle changes that create a healthier work environment.
