Bring the vibrant flavours of Thai cooking into your kitchen! If you are one of the many foodies who will like to make your own versions of favourite Thai classics, then this course is for you. We will learn about the flavours, ingredients and techniques in cooking Thai food. Satay, Pad Thai, Red/Green Curries and lots more!

Despite cookery classes springing up at practically every neighbourhood, CCDS continues to attract the serious learners in droves. We believe this is due to our fundamental teaching style and recognition of what drives, you the student, to pay for a cooking class instead of picking up a cheaper option – a recipe book. The idea being that our courses should be enriching, vibrant and leave you confident within a few hours of instruction-to tackle not cookery book recipes but any cuisine as a whole, to gain an understanding of food, spices, tools, techniques, flavours and create a dish by learning to cook-without a recipe.
Be it taking the fear out of baking bread, artistically plating a modern fusion dish or giving the local chaat corner a run for their money over your Pav Bhaji, we at CCDS share your enthusiasm and applaud your passion for food.
