B.Sc (Interior Designing)

It is a profession concerned with walls, windows, doors, finishes, textures, light; furnishings and furniture etc using all these elements interior designers develop a functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing space for their clients. It is basically an art of developing interiors, which are aesthetically appealing, technically sophisticated and satisfying the needs of the customer. It also involves aspects of environmental psychology, architecture and product design. Since the beginning of the twentieth century, the Interior design industry has gone from an unrecognized offshoot of the architectural profession to a booming industry in its own right. Prior to twentieth century, interior design was the function of architects and interior design as profession did not exist.

Today the culture has almost completely changed.
