When do you begin coaching?

• The new system of Entrance Exams, that will commence from 2014 / 15, has a considerably expanded syllabus. Now in the two-year period available, we will have to coach the students for HSC XI & XII (Theory, Problems & MCQs for both) JEE-MAIN.To ensure that we are able to successfully complete all the required syllabus and conduct the necessary tests properly within the time available, it has now become essential to conduct more lectures.

Note For All Batches :

• If admission is taken after the month of July 2013, then one has to pay the initial fee of Rs. 33,708 along with number of installments from August 2013, till and including the month of admission.

• Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

• Service Tax will be applicable as per Govt. notification.

• Change in Service Tax, if any, will be notified to students.

• Please submit post-dated cheques for each installment separately.

Private Tuition

Most parents and students are not fully aware of the particulars of private tuitions for HSC XI and XII which are very different from those for Std. X. As far as we know, there are some principal differences between the two.

1. At Std. X level, a single teacher teaches all the three Sciences (viz. Physics, Chemistry and Biology). Some teachers teach Physics as well as Mathematics. In addition to this, there are other combinations, too. At college level, each teacher specialises in a single subject, in fact, even in the particular paper of the given subject i.e. Paper I or Paper II.

2. In Std. X, there are less number of students per batch about 4 to 10 students vis-à-vis 20-40 in HSC XI and XII.You must also know that there are two types of private tuitions:

i) Those conducted by almost all reputed coaching classes in addition to their regular batches.

ii) Those conducted by individual professors.This prospectus is regarding private tuitions conducted by Kalrashukla Classes and NOT by individual professors.

The lectures will be conducted by a team of highly qualified, disciplined and dedicated professors for each subject from our institute, including Prof. M. H. Kalra and Prof. R. D. Shukla.

Advantages

a) Only 20 students per batch.

b) Convenient timetable (Student’s preference will be taken into consideration).

c) More number of tests in addition to regular tests (approximately 50 in each subject).

d) The test timings are phased in such a manner that the students will be able to prepare efficiently and effectively for all the tests in a single day.

e) If a student can manage the pressure, then he/she will get tremendous practice and confidence.

f) Smaller batches put the shy students at ease and encourage them to speak out, answer oral questions and ask doubts.

g) Better student-teacher relationship more counselling can be done.

Advantage Kalrashukla

Advantages of Private tuitions conducted by Kalrashukla Classes over tuitions conducted by individual professors:

1. We enrol a maximum of 20 students in each batch whereas individual professors have batch size of 40-50 students which is on par with our general batches.

2. All lectures will be conducted at the same address. When students take tuitions from individual professors, they have to travel from one place to another, thereby wasting their valuable time and energy.

3. If due to some unforeseen circumstances, one professor is unable to take a lecture in a particular batch, another professor will take over that time-slot and hence re-substitution will be done. Thus, the schedule will be maintained .On the other hand, if the same thing occurs in case of a single professor teaching the entire subject, the lecture is cancelled and students are turned away, which again is a waste of time and energy.

4. As teaching is done by a team of professors, it is possible to complete the entire syllabus much earlier.

As against this, in private tuitions conducted by individual professors, the syllabus is mostly completed around December or early January.

5. Monitoring of students progress by institutes like Kalrashukla Classes is the best since they are better equipped to do so by way of infrastructure and management .In fact, most of the individual professors do not prepare progress report of the students and they are concerned with students' progress only in the particular subject they teach. Contrary to this, in private tuitions conducted by our institute, we are aware of the students’ performance in all subjects and hence better monitoring can be done.

6. In private tuitions conducted by us, professors have to be punctual, regular and disciplined, whereas in tuitions by individual professors, they tend to take things easy.

7. At our private tuition sessions, discipline is duly maintained whereas, in tuition conducted by individual professors, discipline cannot be properly maintained as they tend to become too friendly with students and take

things lightly. When you join private tuition with different individual professors, their timetable may clash with each other resulting in unpleasantness and stress. This affects the student's performance. On the other hand, there is no clash of timetable when you join private tuition conducted by us.

8. Finally, our fees are most reasonable. Lecture schedule and lecture frequencies for this course is same as that for Regular Batch.
