8 varieties, with Decoration, Plating and packaging (Pannacotta,Granita,Mousse,Pudding, Sundae, Crumble, Souffle,Tiramisu,Cheesecake,etc)
All the material would be provided in the workshops itself. All courses would be a hands-on practical session. Other than the practical, many other recipes with similar process and variations would be given along with the handouts. A part of the items from the practicals would be distributed to each student. Private classes are also taken on request basis. All the item can be made with eggs and without eggs.
