BFA in Digital Design is a 3 year UGC recognised degree program comprising 6 semesters. The program has been thoughtfully structured to bring in the right balance between Academic and Professional practice. The modular structure of the program provides an option for students to pursue their area of interest, be it Video Games, Computer Graphics or Animation. The 6 semester program provides a broad exposure and learning to students, ranging from Fine Art and Art and Design principles, knowledge of Industry relevant software and tools, domain specific core skills, advanced modules, professional workflows and expectations. The program culminates with an Industry internship or final project.

Through the program students are exposed to both 2D and 3D digital art and animation, relevant to the area of specialisation. Academic modules have been blended into the program to provide a well rounded education.

In addition to earning a degree, students successfully graduating from BFA in Digital Design will be equipped with the right exposure, knowledge and skill to join this vibrant and creative Industry. The BFA in Digital Design is a 6 semester full time program, which requires 30 effort hours per week from students.
Earn your Degree while you work (For Industry professionals)
The BFA program also offers and in service option for working professionals from the Industry. Professionals working in the Industry can now pursue and successfully complete the BFA in Digital Design while continuing their professional work.

Duration
BFA in Digital Design is a full time 3 year program comprising of 6 semesters.
Each semester, has duration of 18 weeks.

Module Exemption
Working professionals from the Games, Animation and VFX Industry, with relevant experience and Industry portfolio, stand to get an advanced standing into the program.

AIGA alumni who have successfully completed their Professional Diploma in Game Art, will get an advanced standing into the program.
