Distance Learning Program
The Institute also provides postal diploma program for courses as mentioned in the prospectus. It will enable students to study during their space time at their own place. A student can begin his/her course at any time to suit his/her convenience. The Management courses will help the students, to get a well paid job with surety and excellent growth potential to reach responsible executive positions.
Method/Medium of Instructions
As the students are joining postal courses, there is no need to come to Delhi to join the Academy personally or for the examination. The medium of instruction is English. All lessons are sent in English only.
Examination
There will be no formal examinations. Students would be assessed on each project work they are assigned from time to time. It is student's responsibility to submit their work on the due date to enable them to be assessed. All assessment done during the Semester would be added together for award of Grades at the close of a Semester. Also refer Evaluation Criteria.
Award of Diploma PG Diploma
On successful completion of the course student will be awarded a Diploma by the Academy.
Study Material
The Institute will send printed lessons which have been prepared by well qualified Lecturers. There is no need to buy any Books. All study material will be sent by the Institute. No extra fee will be charged for the study material.
Dispatch of Lessons
The students will get the lessons through Registered Post/Courier Service/Post Parcel, he/she should pay Rs.1000/- Extra for postal registration/courier and other incidental charges at the time of admission.
Joining of Course
Postal courses can be joined by the students at any time to suit his/her convenience. In fact this is one of the greatest advantages of correspondence course as a student need not remain idle waiting for a term to begin.

The student should make the payment by money order or Bank Draft duly crossed and payable to "Target Design Academy' at New Delhi.
Note :There is no computer & as well as practical in all the courses for Correspondence Students.
Dispatch Schedule
How do you receive the study material?
Once you have registered/enrolled with us and your payments are made, Target Management Academy will dispatch your study material in one lot. The material would be dispatched to your postal address via courier / Speed Post) whichever is available in your city.
In case you do not receive your course material within 3-4 weeks of your payments, please contact our administration staff and they will help you out.
Before sending in your draft / cheque, always confirm with the counselor at Target Design Academy.
How to Enroll:
The Admission Procedure at Target Management Academy [formerly known as TIMES] is as follows:
Student may enroll for any of the TDA courses by filling up the application form. Students have to download the application form and send it to TDA duly filled. TDA will start dispatch of study material as soon as we receive your payment along with completed application form.
TDA usually dispatches through Courier or Speed Post/ Registered Post. Generally, you should receive the study material within one to two weeks from the date of receiving your application at TDA.
TDA provides offline facilities for submission of admission form along with fee.

Once we have received your application form and confirmation of your payment, we will send you your roll number and all the course material you require. The study material is dispatched via courier / speed post and should reach you within week of receipt of payment.
Kindly do not send in your application and the course fee in cash to any of our information / franchise centers or any other address you may have got from anywhere else. Enrollment and dispatch of the study material can be done only from our Delhi office.
