In year 1998, Sargam Dance Academy was eastablished by Mr. Jignesh Kanan in Surat, Gujarat, India.

Starting from a few students, today Academy had more than thousand trained students itself.

Recently Sargam Dance Academy have taken part in popular TV Show “Entertainment ke liye kuch bhi karega” of SONY Television (Pvt. Ltd.) and inspite of giving Full On Performance, they have won Rs.11,112.

Many participants of the popular TV Show “Boogie Woogie” of SONY Television (Pvt. Ltd.) were choreographed and trained by Academy.

Mrs. Megha Gupta got a first chance to participate in “Boogie Woogie” through the Academy in year 2006.

Many other participants have took part in this dance show through our Academy. Kinjal Shikh, Upasana Chakrabort, Jignesh Kanan (Founder of Academy) are some of those participants.

Academy had also trained Mrs. Sonia Jayswal (Winner of “Boogie Woogie Mummy Champianship- 2008″) for a perticular round.

Academy has been continuously winning first or second rank in the TV show “Thanganat” of channel ETV Gujarati since last 6 times.

Academy had also conduct dance workshops in Ahmedabad, Vapi, Valsad, Daman, Vyara, Navsari, Mount Abu & lot many places.

Academy is focused in holding regular dance classes, short workshop as well as all types of dance events like corporate shows, school annual functions, etc.

In intense of providing munch to the students, Academy held dance concerns at well-known auditorium of Gujarat every year.
