What This Course Offers:
A Fast Track Intensive And Professional Four Day Course Designed To Cover In-Depth Both Theory And Practical Work Comprising Intricate Royal Icing, Sugarpaste, Sugar Flowers, Pastillage.
On Completion Of The Course, Participants Will Have All The Rudiments Of The Craft And The Satisfaction And Confidence To Further Their Sugarcraft Abilities.
The Course Promises To Be Informative, Fun And Rewarding.
What Will Be Covered:
You Will Be Guided Through All Aspects Of Making A Wedding Cake, From The Initial Design To The Final Assembly And Presentation Ideas.
Each Student Will Design An Individual, 3 Tiered, Sugarpasted Cake Of Their Choice With A Wired Spray Of Longiflorum Lilies, Orchids And Leaves
A One To One Discussion Will Be Held With Each Student To Take Them Through Their Design.
A Variety Of Techniques To Decorate The Top And Side Of The Cake, Including Intricate Piping, Fragile Lace Making, Smocking, Embossing, Fabric Effect, Stenciling, Frills And Using Moulds Will Be Shown And Taught
Eligibilty: LEVEL 1 :Previous knowledge of making and handling of Flower Paste, Fondant , Cake covering with fondant and Basic Flowers( Roses, Jasmines and leaves)
