Program Overview:
The VFX Advanced Diploma programme at Reliance AIMS is aimed at providing students thinking out of the box with relevant skills required to start and maintain a career in creating stunning Visual effects for movies, television commercial, games, etc. This program offers them the relevant skills imbibed in them by building a foundation of traditional art skills, a firm knowledge base in filmmaking, VFX theory and hands-on training in various modern applications and tools.
Filmmaking foundation classes prepare students to understand the director's perspective in constructing a story and the scope of VFX in the subject. Students will conceptualize, write, plan, shoot, direct and edit their own projects. Each segment of the programme enables students to accomplish specific, industry driven competencies and outcomes. Each module builds on the previous lessons and each term is a prerequisite for the following.
The curriculum is structured to facilitate an exceptional portfolio and develop a professional Students film. Keeping in mind the fact, that technologies and software's constantly evolve, students are trained to be diagnostic in their study, to problem solve and develop work ethics in accordance with industry practices. They learn to communicate ideas effectively and work in a collaborative environment through a variety of team based projects.
