Actor Prepares is now offering weekend workshops in Acting and Dance in Mumbai. Apart from learning to emote and being put through the paces of Bollywood dance styles, the course also enhances the confidence level of participants and improves their communication and public speaking skills.

Classes are conducted as per the below schedule

Saturday:
5:30 pm – 6:30 pm -> Dance session
6:30 pm – 8:30 pm -> Acting sessions

Sunday:
10 am – 11 am -> Dance session
11 am – 1 pm -> Acting Sessions

The above schedule repeats itself for four weekends.

Syllabus

Acting Techniques
It involves different genres of acting including drama, comedy, and horror. This module ranges from methodical to realistic to contemporary acting.

Creative Body Movements
Body movements are the crucial aspect of acting. The module covers creative body movements conducted in the class by the faculty. These movements enable the students to be more graceful,
energetic, improve their postures and body language.

Voice Culture
The main purpose of this course is to help the students in having good vocal habits, develop their actual voice and voice modulation. With the help of breathing techniques, the students can
strengthen their voice muscles and effective use of the tongue.

Diction and Speech
The students are taught the importance of clarity of speech — articulation as well as expressions.
