• Xavier Aptitude Test is conducted by XLRI (Xavier Labour Relations Institute), a business school in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand- Consists three sections: VA/LR, QA and Analytical Reasoning/Decision Making- GDPI phase includes one more round i.e. WAT (Written Ability Test) along with Group Discussion/Event and Personal Interview.
