Overview, Content & Syllabus

OBJECTIVES:

Skills:

These include the "hard skills" of Economics, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Management, and Accounting, as well as the "soft skills " of leadership, teamwork, ethics, and communication that are so critical for effective management. MBA students acquire these skills inside and outside the classroom. Since MBA programs attract people from very diverse industries and cultures, a program should be able to leverage these differences and translate them into learning opportunities.

NETWORK:

An MBA degree program offers access to a network of MBA students, alumni, faculty, and business and community leaders. This network can be very useful when beginning a job search, developing a career path, building business relationships in your current career, or pursuing expertise outside your current field. For example, entrepreneurs need access to capital, business partners, vendors, and clients. ADMISSION CRITERIA:

MBA Admission:

  1. 1)The MBA is a full time course of two years spread over four semesters. The Admission test will be conducted by Director of Technical Education (DTE), followed by GD & Personal Interview.
  2. 2)Institute as the member of Association of Management & MBA/MMS Institutes (AMMI) Maharashtra.
  3. 3)Include AMMI Entrance Test information

Eligibility:

The candidate must process a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent there to. He/ She must secure minimum 50% marks in the graduation. The students who have appeared for their final examination of degree and awaiting results are also eligible to apply. However, their admission will be subject to their passing the qualification examination on the date of commencement of the curricular program.

Attendance:

Attendance for all lectures, group activities, case studies, seminars held in each semester is compulsory. Non-attendance except in exceptional cases (to be determined by the Institute) will result in the student being detained in the semester. If the candidate secures less than 80% attendance he/she will not be allowed to proceed to next semester.
