Our approach towards preparing students for IIT-JEE/State level engineering exam/XII boards revolves around shaping their overall thinking ability – developing their acumen towards the field of engineering.
Course Duration

Over 700 hours of classroom teaching for syllabus completion, based on students’ performance and learning curve.

In addition to scheduled hours, on an average, students are given minimum 90 additional hours of doubt-solving sessions with their mentors.
Tests and Evaluation
Over 140 hours, spread over mock, fortnightly, mid module and module test.
Curriculum
The 2-year classroom program broadly follows the syllabus for JEE as mentioned on the website of IIT & CBSE. This is in conjunction with certain additional topics, important from the perspective of the syllabi prescribed for classes XI and XII (PCM group) by the CBSE/State Board. The present session plan has been created based on the current syllabus. In case of changes in JEE 2013/14, the same will be incorporated accordingly in the Arc curriculum and session plan.
Course Commencement
Batches will commence in the months of April, May, and June 2013.
Batch options
Students will have an option of regular weekday and weekend batches.
Batch Strength
An average of 30 to 40 students in each batch.
Selection Criteria
The admission is based on your performance in an aptitude test that we conduct from time to time.
The Program will comprise of 4 phases:
The Foundation Phase (Duration: 90 sessions/180 hours)
The primary aim of this phase is to cover a major portion of the class XI syllabus at a level relevant for schools. This will serve two purposes – first, students will get to build a foundation in the subjects/topics which the schools will cover in due course of time. Second, it will lead to better learning, since the same topics will be covered twice at two different levels in the program.
The Consolidation Phase (Duration: 72 sessions/144 hours for XI; 135 sessions/270 hours for XII)
In this phase, we go a step ahead in the topics covered in the Foundation Phase and practise higher-level problems. In addition, we will cover those class XI topics which were not done in the foundation phase. There will be a break during February ‘14/ March ‘14 to allow students to prepare for their class XI exams. Sessions will resume in the latter half of March ‘14, when we will begin our coverage of the class XII syllabus. For class XII, each topic will be covered in one
The Revision Phase (Oct/Nov ’14 onwards)
A total of 108 hours (36 hrs per subject) will be allotted to revising key topics. The focus will be on practising questions/problems typical to the JEE (Main & Advanced).
The Test Series Phase (Nov ‘14 onwards)
There will be 10 mock tests for JEE ‘15. At least 7 of these will be conducted at the centers. These will be followed by discussions and analyses. The emphasis here will be on developing test-taking mindsets among students and equipping them with effective strategies. After this final phase, students will appear for the JEE (Main & Advanced)
