Registered Leave And Licence Agreement Only, Along With Intimation Copy Of The Local Police Station Where The Applicant Resides, Supported With Proof Of Permanent Address Of Residence And Letter Of Employer Stating The Confirmation Of Residence Address Proof Submitted By The Applicant.
