Bellydance the dance of the Mediterranean is the most sought after dance style in Mumbai today. At pulse this dance is taught by Pia (trained extensively under Dr Preeti Koachar). Pia is a young bundle of extraordinary talent. There are 5 progressive levels in this exotic dance form.
Level 1:The bellydance is identified by swaying hips,undulating torso,and ariculated isolations employed in a range of dynamic and emotional expressions.T he focus is on isolated movements of individual parts of the body with little notice given to the footsteps.Arms and hands move fluidly,like serpents or ribbons in the air. l earn basic isolations,hip circles,locks and shimmies,lifts and drops in level one.
Level 2:It is a natural progression from level 1.learn body waves and belly rolls,twist variations andtechno belly dance choreography.
Level 3:It is a very exciting level with tribal belly dance choreography you also learn variationsi.e big hip circles and figure of “R”.
Level 4:It is the culmination of all 3 levels .learn veil dance in this and advanced bellydance choreography.
Level 5:It is a level in which you perfect all your moves and learn to assimilate these moves in choreographed bellydance songs
After 5 levels you even can be certified by pulse.

We specialize in wedding choreography as we have a host of talented chorographers on our panel. We also a do corporate training in fitness and dance at the company venue or at the studio.
We also give the studio on hire and rental basic to chorographers, acting classes and modelling, kitty and kids birthday party.
