And register in 1999 under Vikas Bharti Welfare Society (Reg No:1954). Mrs. Rekha Bhalla is a cookery & Bakery experts who brought a complete revolution in the field of cooking in the city beautiful. Her unique and friendly way of teaching has changed the lives of many cookery enthusiasts and people who used to be afraid of the art of cooking.

Her list of students includes business men & women, bureaucrats, senior officers, students, house wives, cooks, chefs, bakers and even retired men and women above 65-70 years of age whom she has trained to become expert cooks. you can learn various cuisines from a wide selection of over 2000 recipes to choose from.
