Art by Manjiri
Art by Manjiri is a gallery selling paintings and handicrafts made by artist Manjiri Kanvinde. Her artwork has been selected to be displayed in Juried art exhibitions in New Jersey, USA. American Musician/artist Frank Bango has chosen her artwork " Romance in the rain" as CD cover for his latest album released in New York. Her painting , “A Rainy Day”, has also won an award in the artwanted.com exhibition. Manjiri is a self-representing artist and has also done a course in folk art painting from Singapore.
Manjiri's vibrant and colourful paintings bring life to an empty room. Each painting has a title with a corresponding mood behind each design. She likes to experiment with different techniques and hence each piece of artwork is unique. Her series of Romantic paintings have been best sellers and are ideal gifts for special occasions. Her painting medium is mostly acrylic and watercolour.
A portion of the sales has been donated to various charities including St. Judes Children's Foundation, USA and Cancer Hospital in Mumbai. Her paintings have been collected in various countries including USA, UK, Singapore and India. She has received high testimonials from art buyers many of whom have been repeat customers.
