The course provides two years Masters Degree in mass communication and a one year post graduate diploma in broadcast journalism.
The curriculum of the course have been designed according to the current requirement of media industry which is based on the ratio of 60% practical and 40% theory. It emphasizes on all theoretical and practical details of broadcast media which are indispensible for budding media professionals. The program covers all major aspects of TV Journalism which includes News & Entertainment Anchoring, Reporting Skills, News Script Writing, Camera & Lighting, Post Production & Video Editing.
Keeping some other important aspects of TV Journalism in mind, the course also focuses on News Program Production i.e. news bulletin, Panel Discussions, Chat Shows etc.
The course also provides the detailed study of Mass Communication Theories, Public Relation & Advertising, Media Ethics & Issues, Media Research and Current Affairs & General Knowledge.
Practical sessions of News & Entertainment anchoring in the virtual and real studios of News24 channel and with the professional anchors make them confident to face the camera in the professional environment.
Students are also exposed to the technical departments such as PCR and MCR which increases more career options for the students.
The simultaneous attached training and practical in News24, E24 & Darshan 24 channels make them familiar to the News Room and professional studios provide a strong platform to the students who want to create a benchmark in the media world.
Frequent interaction and open sessions with Editors , Anchors, Journalists and Media Professionals from well known news channels , other than News24 and E24 , provide complete exposure to the students towards media industry.

Dedicated Professional Studios: ISOMES students have access to B.A.G Films & Media Ltd. studios where shooting for various programmes and shows takes place. Students do their internship with B.A.G. Films & Media Ltd and its television channels, News24 and E24.
