Pre Requisite for Becoming a Tree House Franchise

• The franchisee will need to provide at least 1000 sq feet of space for the preschool. It should be on the ground floor with a built in toilet. It should be safe for children.

• The Franchisee will need to get the approval from the local Municipal Authority, No Objection Certificate from the society and site commercialization proof.

• The franchisee has to make the interiors at their own cost as per the specifications of the Tree House. Tree House will provide images of existing centres as a guide. In case the Franchisee wants assistance for making the cartoons, Tree House will arrange for the same at a nominal fee.

• The Franchisee needs to hire teachers and house cleaners before the start of the academic session. (The remuneration of the teachers and house cleaners is entirely payable by the Franchisee).

• The franchisee should be passionate about education and running a playschool centre.

Process

• Prospective franchisees can either call us or send us an email. You can also apply online.

• Our Franchisee Manager will visit you and see the proposed site for the playschool.

• If the visit is satisfactory, we will then send a formal Franchisee Offer to you.

• If the offer is mutually agreed upon, there is a visit either by the Head- Franchise Development or by one of the Directors of the company. The purpose of this visit is to know the proposed Franchisee better.

• Once the visit happens, the Conducting Agreement is executed.

Support To Franchisees

• Tree House will provide the curriculum for the playschool on an annual basis.

• Tree House will arrange for the training of all the Franchisee’s teachers on running the centre.

• Tree House will mention the Franchisee’s centre details on its website, and carry the centre details on all advertisements in the particular location. The amount to be spent by Tree House on this will be at its sole discretion.

• The franchisee will receive regular updates on curriculum.

• There is a dedicated contact person at the Tree House Head Office to answer any query raised by the franchisee.
