Student Haroon Rashid, Piyush Vairagi & Aniket Salvi of HA/JE sem IV had displayed a model of Aircraft which can fly as an aeroplane and helicopter named HAWK-EYE which is working on the principle of Vertical Take Off & Landing Characteristics (VTOL) under the guidance of Chief Instructor Mr. Subhajit Maity ,Instructor Mr. Prasen Mehta & Senior Technician Mr. Mehboob Ansari.
HAWK-EYE is a hovering aircraft which uses a combination of 3–axis advanced gyro sensor to stable yet highly maneuverable flight. It has a blended wing body which can be replaced as a helicopter, as it has a shape of aeroplane. This model of aircraft has a camera , listening bug, anti–collision circuit, electronic eye, fire & smoke alarm which gives it edge over the other aircraft.
