Teachers Training Yoga Course (English)

Content : This is an advanced and comprehensive training course conducted in English, which trains students to teach Yoga to all age groups, as well as in the management of various diseases.

The syllabus consist of 210 days attendance to classes without holidays which cover Yoga Sutra, Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas, Bhavas, attitude training, counselling, public speaking, methodology of teaching, practice teaching, essential Anatomy & Physiology, Samkhya philosophy, etc.

In addition to the attendance, participants are expected to volunteer for all the Health Camps, the 7 Days Health Camp, Sunday Satsangs and teach in the 21 days Better Living Course.

On completion of full attendance and all other pre-requisites, an examination shall be conducted at the end of the course after which successful students will be awarded certificates.

Highly trained and experienced teachers of The Yoga Institute conduct this course with many guest lecturers.

Duration :
Course duration can be extended by another 3 months in case participants cannot complete the course, post which (10 months), an additional fee for each month will be levied.

The course commences on the 1st day of every month.

Prerequisites

All lectures will be in English and students are expected to be fluent in speaking reading and writing the language.

Pre-requisite for this course is either successful completion of the 1 Month Teachers’ Training Course or the 7 Days Health Camp within 3 months prior to joining the Teachers’ Training Course.

Registration & Fees

After successful completion of 7 Day Camp or 1 Month Teacher Training Course, participants will be required to complete a form at the yoga institute reception along with their signature and submit their passport size photograph on the first day of the 7 Months Teacher Training Course.
The total fees of Rs. 9,000/- has to be made at time of registration.
The fees are inclusive of books and other course material.
Online Payment can be made only after successful completion of the 7 Days Health Camp / 1 Month Teacher Training Course.
The course extension fee will be Rs.1000/- per month after completion of 15 months. This is a non residential course.
