It is our constant endeavor to ensure that each course participant learns not only to his/her own satisfaction, but to our satisfaction as well. It is therefore our goal to pay attention to detail and strive for perfection in our courses. The classes are meticulously designed so that participants can master the craft. With much personal attention given to each participant we limit the number of participants to 10-12 per workshop.

Intense and yet fun-filled, one workshop carries on for 3-4 full days to teach the methods, techniques and tools of sugar-crafting in a hands-on practical way. The workshop is self-contained with all the tools, ingredients, techniques and recipes being available at one single point. The recipes we provide have been improvised and perfected with time and experienceand are suitable for all Indian conditions. You will learn to make the best fondant at home along with their eggless versions as well!

As in any field of endeavor, perfection can be accomplished by enthusiasm, imagination and practice.
