Disco is the dance style which has been around since the 1970’s. However, it reached its peak of popularity after the release of the cult film “Saturday Night Fever”. While dancing Disco, the dancers incorporate their own “personal style” and “flavor” to the dance moves and grooves. This fun style is characterized by distinctive arm movements and large hip and pelvic movements.
