Get fit now and tone- up your legs, bums & tums while you develop your upper body strength with fun and challenging classes.
Our Boxercise classes consist of various exercise drills involving some warm-up, pad-work, punch work and various circuit training. The sessions are to accommodate all needs and both genders, adults and children 5 years and above.
No sparring will be involved during this session.
Boxercise will give you a full body workout and lasts 1 hour including set-up and close-down of the session. You will be required to wear some comfortable clothing and footwear such as tracksuit, tee shirt and trainers.
We also advise you to bring a bottle of water as it is recommended to all who take part.
All our instructors are fully qualified in Boxercise Instructor and are a member of the Mumbai Boxing.
All Boxercise classes are fun and give all participants an aerobic style cardiovascular workout to help you burn calories in the most efficient way.
