What you need:

  1. Minimum area of premises of 1000 sq. ft. including two classrooms

  2. Land phone, broadband with internet facility and at least one computer.

  3. At least one Counsellor

Terms of Franchise

  • Lumpsum and quarterly royalty will be charged

  • Term: 5 years renewable for 5 years at a time

  • Launch advertisement and other expenses – shared equally, decided mutually, 2 events

  • Other advertisements – decided mutually, paid by franchisee – local, (rest is franchisor, to be proportionately shared by all beneficiaries)

  • Cost of notes at actuals – to be borne by Franchisee

  • Eklavya – an online learning portal provided by Franchisor FREE

  • Taxes to be borne by Franchisee

  • Layout as per franchisor’s plan – within 2 months to 75 days of entering into agreement

  • One computer – minimum,

  • Class Management Software provided by franchisor at the cost of franchisee

  • Recruitment of Professors – thru video conferencing alongwith Franchisor

  • Encrypted USB for video recorded lectures - costs once per batch to be borne by franchisee

  • Two way Video lecturing costs - Initial set up costs will be borne by franchisee. Variable costs to be borne by Franchisee proportionately
