The administration is also handled mostly by current students of Siddharth, who like to earn while they learn and more importantly, who wish to contribute their services for their own class. In the process, they develop professional acumen and become better equipped to render quality services to industry.

Siddharth Education Services Limited – the corporate avatar of Siddharth - was incorporated on December 20, 2005 for bringing perpetuity to the activity. Students also hold shares in the Company. The journey has just begun. There are bigger mountains to be scaled. But that doesn’t stop us from being proud of having reached the present scale. The lamp of Siddharth Academy as an institution serving students has been alight since 1997. Back then, it started off operations with three students in its first batch at Thane.

Currently, Siddharth Academy has its Head Office at Thane (West) and branches at Dadar (West) and Dombivli (East). All offices are situated in locations having close proximity to public transport systems.

Siddharth is run, managed and served by the students for the students. The current Admin team of Siddharth is also composed mainly of students of Siddharth. We firmly believe that only a student can truly identify with the difficulties faced by another student. Hence, as part of our policy to give the best of services genuinely from the heart, we consciously look out for talents in our students, which can be utilized for the benefit of all.

We at Siddharth understand the need to build professionals of caliber, who are also good human beings. Towards this end, we have set up an exclusive wing called “Self Development Centre” (SDC). This wing conducts programmes, workshops and interactive sessions from time to time, which go beyond the realm of professional course curriculum.

Siddharth has the right mix of dedicated, knowledgeable faculty and hardworking students with potential. This has resulted in consistent performance over the years.

What better way to carry on the tradition of dedicated and quality service to students, than to ensure business continuity to the institution of Siddharth Academy.

With this aim in mind, Siddharth Education Services Limited (SESL) was incorporated on December 20, 2005 as a public company with its members’ liability limited by shares. It commenced operations as a public company on February 1, 2006. The authorized capital of SESL has been raised from the initial Rs. 10 lakhs to Rs. 1.50 crores and its paid-up capital is also steadily rising, thanks to the involvement of students, who also wish to contribute towards the share capital of their Alma Mater.

Present efforts are focused to consolidate operations, with a possibility open in future to move into the formal educational sector.

Students also play an active part in meeting the statutory compliances which are an inevitable part of the corporate set up, under the able guidance and supervision of Ms. Shivangi Samani, director.

SESL has become a live case study for the Company Law and Corporate Taxation sessions at Siddharth. We live our talk.

"The journey called "Siddharth"

Siddharth has been pioneered with a view to find out the substance, the real meaning of life. From ‘Darkness’ to ‘Light’ is the journey we all go through. The journey called Siddharth started in 1997 when Mr. Vinay Bhagwat, a professional Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant, perceived a lack of proper guidance, mentoring and direction for students pursuing professional courses. He entered the fray of part-time coaching to enable students of professional courses to seek out their destiny.  Sensing the constraints of a parallel job coming in the way of sparing adequate time for his students, Mr. Bhagwat opted out of industry and entered the realm of full-time teaching since 1999. He has been committed to Siddharth ever since.

Siddharth Academy was set up in 1997, with a meager strength of three students. 12 years hence, we are an institution catering to hundreds of students per batch. The strength of our family is beyond numbers and statistics. A single location in Thane has expanded to branches at Dadar and Dombivli.
