According to the Ministry of Home affairs Government of India notification No. 2614/ 52 CC dated 23-09-52 issued in consolation with Union Public Service Commission that in case of degree/diploma awarded by Universities/Board in India which are incorporated by an act Central of part A or B state Legislature in India. No formal orders recognising. Such degree/diploma need by issued by Government. Such degree should be recognised automatically for the purpose of employment.
