The Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering Department provides students with a solid scientific/technical background and research capabilities in the design, development and manufacture of electronic devices and systems used in a wide spectrum of applications. From household appliances to sophisticated satellite communication, from electronic ignition to neural networks and signal processing chips, the Department integrates academic discipline with project-based engineering applications, classroom learning theory with real world experiences. There is a lot of opportunities for Electronics & communication engineers in Government sectors as well as in private sectors.

Research organizations like DRDO,ISRO wants Large number of E &TC Engineers.
Nowadays ,There is tremendous opening in telecommunication sector
Indian as well as foreign companies like Wipro, Reliance ,Infosys ,Nokia ,HCL. Intel are always keen to recruit Electronics and Communication Engineer
