Doing a two years post graduate program at Sancheti Health Care Academy, helped me widen my skill set, developed business acumen, build stage confidence and be prepared to face the world. The design of Post Graduate Program in Health Care Services (PGPHS) is such that it teaches to manage time and prioritize. Extensive projects and internships, such as Ruby Hall Clinic Pune, made me adept at real time data generation, which in turn gave me an upper hand to get executive position at Sancheti Institute for Orthopaedic & Rehabilitation. It widen my practical knowledge and exposure. Being a part of student of organizing committee for HOSPICON was also a lot of fun along with learning.

A journey from “Decision Follower to Decision Maker”. I was working with renowned multi-speciality hospital in Pune for two years. In this tenure I used to keep my boss happy, take care of my patients, befriend colleagues etc. But I had something missing from life. I wanted to take decisions rather than follow them. I wanted to feel the zeal to learn more and upgrade myself professionally in Booming Healthcare Industry and personally. I took admission for the Post Graduate Program in Healthcare Services at Sancheti Healthcare Academy which gave me a scope for adjusting to radical change in life. Not just did I upgrade myself to higher positions in the organization but also satisfied my urge to be decision, responsible and lead.
