Dr. Parag began his association with Sancheti Institute as a lecturer, advancing to Associate Professor and thence to full Professorship. His academic accomplishments, in addition to several medical papers, include the textbook ‘Arthritis and Joint Replacement.’ He is a sought after speaker and guest lecturer the world over. He holds the post of visiting faculty to Dundee University, U.K. and has presented papers at International symposiums like; Asian Federation of Sports Medicine, Asia Pacific Arthoplasty Society ISAKOS and other such international forums.

Professor & HOD of Forensic Medicine Department of D.S. Medical College, Pune, as Medical Administrator of K.E.M.Hospital, a multi- specialty & teaching hospital. Worked for Sedgwick Parikh TPA Company as Consultant. Worked as Director of Ruby Hall Clinic. Worked as Hospital Administrator for hospitals in Bahrain,Middle East & Bangladesh. Authored a book on Hospital Administration and contributed many articles in Physician’s Digest, Mumbai, Bimaquest and Pravartak journals. Dr. Sunita Chugh :Professor, HR & Leadership

A research scholar with two decades of experience in HR & Leadership Consulting, Training and Teaching, Sunita brings to organisations ; both academic expertise and a practitioners agility to the area of Human Behaviour and Organization Development journal and her areas of research interest include Leadership, Talent, Strategic HR & Gender.

Sunita has consulted and trained industry leaders across several companies including Tata Honeywell, Mercedes Benz (I) Ltd, Castrol, GE India Ltd, American Express, Bharti Teletech, Motorola , Pepsi, FCI, Bajaj Auto etc. She has been faculty at various B schools in India IIM I, A, SIBM, SOIL, MDI etc for training and teaching . A Masters in Management Studies from Mumbai University, 1990 , Sunita has been awarded Fellow Program in Management (Ph.D.) from MDI, Gurgaon in 2008. She serves as Editor of FIIB research.

Mrs. Indu Jacob: General Manager, Aditya Birla Strategy Group

Indu has spent most of her professional career in banking with a background in Consumer and Retail Banking with ANZ Grindlays and Citigroup in India and Investment Banking with Merrill Lynch, New York.

By way of education she has a Bachelors in Psychology (BA) and two Masters degrees in management including a PGDBM from IIM Indore and an MBA from The Booth School of Business, Chicago.

She currently works with the Corporate Strategy and Business Development function of the Aditya Birla Group, where she focuses mainly on the Carbon Black, Cement and Power Businesses with a special emphasis on M&A and Business Development Activities.
