Post Graduate Diploma Program in Progressive Education For Primary Years (PGP- PEPY) (Class 1 to Class 8)

RBTI has decided to embark on a new form of teacher training as it feels that it is important to constantly reorient primary teachers with new teaching techniques, regulations and developments in the educational arena. The course is an effort on our part to give teachers an ultimate training program for teaching children between the age group of 8 to 15 years. Various educational approaches and themes are brought together into one course to empower educationists to face the day to day challenges in education.

The participants will get an opportunity to acquire skills that are needed to practice high quality instructional strategies to create classrooms environments where all students can thrive and succeed. Participants will be able to

• Understand the various multiple contexts of education,
• Decipher the nature and purpose of teaching learning practices
• Reflect on their own practices.
• Empower themselves thereby being energetic, efficient and reflective practitioners.

This will help them nurture, sustain and continue their journey of learning through out their professional life.

All courses are designed to support and complement current practices and to ensure that candidates are exposed to current theories and practices that are developed in the progressive educational setup.

Projected Batch Days and Timings:Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays
(Parctice Teaching at Redbricks School on Wednesday)

Locations of the Program:
• Practice Teaching option at Redbricks School – Santej campus or School of your choice

Time: (15 min break in between)

* Days and Timings may vary slightly as per participants and faculty requirements.

Some Young children may require care while their mothers are attending the lectures, then the institute will provide for such a care with the presence of a maid and a room.

Background of Students:
• Current Primary years teachers/educators (with or without B.Ed)
• Graduates willing to get into primary school education

Note: Working Teachers will practice their Sessions in their own respective institutes they are associated with.
Non-Working Teachers will be given an option to do practice teaching at Redbricks School or another school of their choice, which they have to individually tie-up with.
