Party dancing incorporates two very different styles. The first is fast, freestyle dancing, done to rock or disco music. At clubs, dances and parties people move to the pulsing beat for hours. It's a great release and very good exercise. The other nightclub style is slow dancing. You move around the dance floor turning and swaying with a partner to the music.
