At one end we provide a better skill workforce that is sourced locally at a very reasonable salary while at the other end we give the empower the trainees with employable skills.

Trainees are customized to the needs of the industry through constant exposure to the technical aspects that are needed for the successful absorption in the company that they get final placement. Our Industry partners actively participate in the process of training to make the trainees accustomed to the following aspects of the company:

Culture:

Since the students have worked in the company at the time of their training, they are well adjusted to the work culture in the company that they are finally placed.

Technology

Exposure to the relevant technology puts our students at a level that is evidently higher than students who have entered the industry with little or no practical knowledge.

Policy and Procedures

With a constant exposure to the policy and procedures that are relevant to the industry, students are at par with the expectations of the industry as well as the company that they are placed in.

Creating a pool skilled workforce

A skilled workforce is something that many industries lack presently. This leads them to spend on the training of the new employees to bring them up to the expectations of the company. However, with the training at our academy, the candidates can hit the ground running which acts as a cost saving factor for the company.

This academy is established as a part of the Corporate Social Responsibility that we at RAGC take it more than just social obligation and pursue it passionately with a mission to make India a hub of skilled manpower. As our Industry partner the companies also contributes directly, as a part of their CSR initiative and meet the common objectives.

With a programme that is aimed at the continuous and targeted development of the students in the various technical education programmes, RAGC has been churning fully employable youth that pass out from the institute since its inception.

We are encouraged in a continuous effort to not just inculcate the best resources that will help our students get the possible advantage by getting the best of the education with a hands on approach as well as having an internship at the various companies where we have tie ups, as also in companies of our group in the industries that we are actively involved in.

When we envisage a career for our alumni, we also aim to give out a candidate that will not only be skilled enough to contribute to the company that he or she has been placed in, but the company in turn feel that they have added to their asset part on the balance sheet while being counted as one of our partner companies where our students are placed.
