Shipra Shete (Architect) : The yoga classes have been great till now. Keeps a lot fresher throughout the day and less lethargic than before, I have already started feeling the frightening of my muscles and more flexible hoping that this will get me habituated to exercising, doing yoga and continue it further.
Falguni Parekh (Working in a MNC) : Yoga I never thought I would ever join, but after joining Nityam, it has changed my total perception towards yoga, It is ever changing with diff as a has every session and power yoga gives me a diff high completely. Mainly I had been taken café of completely keep me fresh & agile for the whole day. Most recommended for all ages. Ami Parekh (Working in MNC) : Yoga is the best from of exercise to do for all ages. I had gr & relaxation and feel fresh after every session. The special attention given by Dr. Nisha helps us a lot, to do each step properly. Hiren Mody : I stranded in the later part of November 2008, and till now it has been a very good experience. I have been doing a lot of physical exercise before but the flexibility that I got to experience doing yoga here, I had never dreamt of achieving. The best thing here is that Nisha does give a lost of personal attention and that also helps a lot. Even my allergies have reduced given since I have started yoga & that is one of the best things in my life to be few of any tablets. So over all it is a very good experience for me and I shall defiantly continue here with Dr. Nisha till I can.

I wasn’t sure if it was the fitness routine that would suit me (coz I thought that yoga is for older people) but seriously opening yoga has changed not only the way I look but also the way I think not only to mention that I have lost around 8 kgs; it has made me a much calmer person and has given me a new perception of how I work at things.
