About Dr. Nisha

A spiritual mentor for some, A Yoga Guru to others... Dr. Nisha is a renowned spiritual master.

Dr Nisha has achieved bachlors degree in yoga shiromani & masters degree in yoga acharya from Sivananda International university of Canada. She also deals in conducting different workshops & crash courses in mind power, healing,meditaion, positive n motivational thinking, the power of the thoughts on mind n body, advanced postures & pranayams in yoga etc.

Dr. Nisha has conducted numerous meditation workshops, yoga training sessions for groups and individuals, corporate yoga workshops all over Mumbai. Under the guidance of her master, she studied yoga intensively - the various forms of yoga – Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Karma Yoga, Artistic Yoga, Power Yoga, Dynamic Yoga, Shivananda Yoga and the various other elements like Pranayama (breathing techniques), Asanas (yoga postures) and Dhyana (meditation).

Along with this, she learnt related areas such as Naturopathy,Yoga, food & nutrition. She finished her graduation and subsequently her post-graduation in Alternative medicine from Kot’s Naturo Healthcare ( Mumbai ) & other healthcare structures from Reebok. She is certified Reebok Master Trainer in fitness an aerobics. Adapting ancient yoga techniques and yoga postures to suit contemporary lifestyle requirements, Dr Nisha found that the form of yoga is an experimental yet extremely powerful system that requires no beliefs. It has already improved and changed people’s lives in powerful, subtle and unexpected ways.

Dr. Nisha has no philosophy. She has no interest in changing or replacing the ideas you have in your mind by another set of ideas. Dr Nisha’s only aim is to bring about a complete transformation, which can only happen when all the belief systems in your mind are destroyed. Meditation or enlightenment happens only when the mind is free from all beliefs. And Dr Nisha's goal is freedom - complete and absolute freedom.

So how does she do it? What is her role? Dr. Nisha is simply a catalyst for your own experience. She is just an instrument - an instrument that shows you who you are and helps you to become who you want to be. You have absolute freedom here, because no instrument can impose its own will on you. You are free to use the instrument as you please, or even choose to not use it all. In that sense, there is nothing she can give you that you yourself do not want, and nothing she cannot give if it is you who want it. Taking her diet programs into account, the main principles of Dr. Nisha’s diet program is weight management & fitness without starvation or drugs. Dr. Nisha believes that in order to develop a healthy lifestyle, individuals must pay attention to their diet. Unhealthy eating habits & a nutrient deficient intake ruin health & productivity thus paving the way for disease & lethargy. Dr. Nisha teaches you how to eat right & keep your body fit , thereby enabling you to deal with rigors of everyday life, keeping your energy levels high. The emphasis of the program is on balanced eating. The focus being no starvation & a balanced diet which includes the correct combination of protein, carbohydrates, fat, vitamin & mineral & all vital important for correct nutrition & adequate weight loss . she also counsels patients on their eating patterns for various disorders such as diabetes, cardiac problems, respiratory problems, hormonal imbalance, water retentions, tuberculosis etc.. she has counseled over 1500 patients in relation to their diet, based on their health problems.
