Film making Workshop for Kids

This 5-day Film making Workshop for Kids introduces them to the fundamentals of Film Making process from beginning to end. The kids learn hoe they can tell a story visually with the help of a video camera. The Course covers the four major components of films – Script writing. Recording moving images, Editing the footage and Directing.

They will learn how to write a script for a short film. They will shoot video clips using video camera or a photographic camera with video option. They will be introduced to video editing. As a Part of this workshop, the students will write, shoot, direct and edit a 3 minute short film.

The workshop runs from 2pm to 4.30pm on Monday through Friday.

Distribution

• Uploading the short film to online sites like YouTube

• How to submit your short film for Film Festivals

REQUIREMENTS

-Any digital video camera or digital photo camera with video function. A memory card with a capacity of 4GB or more.

-No Prior film making Experience is needed to attend this course
