Responsibilites

  • To be responsible for handling telephonic prospects and documenting the same in an enquiry register

  • To be responsible to councel walk – in prospects and ensure conversion into budgeted enrollments

  • To conduct house visits of prospects and ensure conversion into budgeted enrollments

  • To be responsible for creation of identity cards for new enrollments before batch commencement

  • To be responsible for collection of fees on a timely basis and ensure zero outstandings

  • To maintain installment register in real time

  • To be responsible for delivering promotional presentations and seminars in colleges / institues

  • To conduct competitor visits on a regular periodicity

Faculty

Responsibilites

  • To be responsible to start lectures on scheduled time post marking the attendance

  • To be responsible to conduct lectures as per the log sheets and ensure that the modules are completed as per the batch schedule

  • To be responsible to conduct the sessions using Smartech Methodology and using Smartlab Plus components; to ensure every experiment is demonstrated to students

  • To be responsible for student conduct and classroom administration

  • To be responsible for handing over daily assignments to students; to ensure students complete their journal and project work within the stipulated time frame

  • To be responsible to send student progress reports within the specified period

  • To be responsible for maintaining lab register on a daily basis

  • To be responsible to conduct all course modules

  • To be responsible for imparting training to the Junior Faculty on higher modules to ensure their upgradation

Exam Manager

Responsibilites

  • To be responsible to ensure that all exams are conducted on time and as per the rules and regulations stipulated.

  • All exams conducted must be 100% accurate

  • To ensure all exams begin on the day as per schedule planned

  • To prepare and send out the monthly exam schedule to all exam centres one month in advance and receive acknowledgement from the centres in 4 days of receipt

  • To be responsible to monitor the Smile Sheet and ensure a good and healthy rating

  • To ensure results are declared to the Centre within 15 days post exams

  • To ensure all exam related queries are attended and resolved within 7 working days

  • To be responsible to update the examiner and exam systems whenever the new syllabus is out

  • To keep an eye on market trends and accordingly upgrade the exam software for smoother functioning of the exam process

  • To be responsible to maintain a good stock of mark sheet status

  • To be responsible for 100% examination i.e. to ensure ratio of students attending exams to enrollments is 1

  • To visit the centres during exams on a monthly basis to ensure good exam quality

  • To keep a tab on the industry requirements and accordingly plan out exams in coordination with Placements Department; this is done to ensure optimum student performance

  • To aim towards making dropouts nil by maintaining a dropout list

  • To ensure receipt of batch track report from the center on a timely basis

Project Manager

Responsibilites

Delivery of employability training sessions that would:

  • Define Project scope, Plan, Schedule, Track and Manage overall project execution –with Internal teams as well as for external vendors/consultants.

  • Co-ordinate day to day activities in regards to Vendor short listing, outsourcing & interacting with internal team for development of courseware.

  • Effective management of project metrics such as effort, schedule, product and process quality including managing risks.

  • Maintain a list of vendors, negotiate cost and ensure timely delivery.

  • Identify process and product improvement opportunities.

  • Successful project issue resolution (internal, external & across teams).

  • Where required, negotiate with other department managers for inputs, resources to ensure project goals are met.

  • To be a source of expert advice for all content projects.

  • Liaise closely with all relevant parties to ensure service levels are maintained.

  • Monitor own progress towards business and individual objectives.

  • Any other related duties as required by the business objectives.
