There are a lot of “Spoken English” courses available in the market that claim to be able to teach you how to speak English in 1-2 months. But, the truth is that it is impossible to speak a language accurately, if one does not know the basic grammar rules of that language. Moreover, just speaking English is not enough – in order to make a real difference in your career, you will need to improve ALL your English language skills such as reading, writing and listening.
Jamboree’s English Improvement course takes your English language skills to the next level. We work on your reading, writing, speaking, listening and communication skills, resulting in complete and overall improvement of your English language skills. The salient features of our course are:
Customized Difficulty Levels
The course has 4 difficulty levels (or modules) - Beginner, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate and Upper Intermediate. Before you register for the course, you will be given a Diagnostic Test to help us choose the difficulty level that is best suited for you.
Active Testing to Ensure Progress
2 tests – one mid-way through the course and one at the end of the course. If you do not do well on the 2nd test, then at the faculty’s advice, you can repeat the entire course for free!
Course Structure
Over the course of 2 months, 24 classes are held of 2 hours each. Classes are held thrice a week.
Validity Period
Though the course duration is 2 months, it has a validity period of 4 months. During this period, you can attend classes, clear your doubts with faculty and study in our library.
Study Material
We provide you with an entire set of study materials including a classroom book, homework book, grammar book and practice CDs.

How can you improve a person’s English in a 2-month course?
The course is designed to be a workshop style program. So, instead of memorizing grammar rules, students will be applying them in real life scenarios. Innovative components of the course such as newspaper reading, e-mail writing and story telling help students gain confidence and fluency in speaking and writing English.
Moreover, though the course duration is 2 months, it has a validity period of 4 months. So, effectively, a student gets 4 months to go to the next level.
How is this course different from other “Spoken English” courses offered by other institutes?
We understand and emphasize that it is impossible to speak correct and fluent English unless one knows some basic grammar skills. So, our course starts by laying a foundation for enhancing a student’s English language knowledge.
Moreover, in today’s corporate world, it is not enough to just speak English well. It is equally important to write correct and formal English. None of the “spoken English” courses offered by other institutes help students with writing correct English. Our course, on the other hand, equips a student with both spoken AND written English skills.
So, after completion of our course, the student is better prepared for the job market and steep career growth.
What if my English does not improve after the course?
Our course has regular homework and tests to ensure that you will definitely improve. Based on your test performance, our faculty gives extra sessions to weaker students to ensure that they do better on the next test. In addition to classes, we also provide extensive one-on-one doubt clearing sessions with faculty as and when required.
After I pass one difficulty level/module, can I enroll for higher difficulty level/module?
Our course has 4 difficulty levels/modules. After the initial diagnostic test, you will be assigned for taking classes in the appropriate module. Once you pass this module, you can definitely enroll for a higher difficulty level/module to further improve your English skills.
